Welcome to Castle Photography(Updated 9th April 2009) HOLD THE PRESSES!!! I got a last minute ticket to the World Premier of Star Trek at the Sydney Opera House, courtesy of a friend who bought them on Ebay, and then had two other friends drop out on her only after the tickets were purchased… IAC, their loss, my gain. Photos from Supanova Melbourne 2009 and the Melbourne Doctor Downunder (Dr Who) event are now online. This is my new photo site. If you are interested in photos from past events, a lot are still on the Castle Software one (including Armageddon 2007), and will remain there for some time. Star Trek Movie World Premier at the Sydney Opera House We watched the guests all arrive and walk the red carpet (getting what autographs and photos one is able under such conditions), then walked the carpet ourselves to enter the premier in the changed Concert Hall, which was remodelled into a superb cinema for the night.

Not much there for me personally this year, as they had several guest cancellations and a last minute camera policy which defied belief... However Katee Sackoff (Starbuck, the new BSG) was a delight, and Richard Hatch is cool as always… | ||

This was their first Melbourne event, and while much smaller than say the Brisbane extravaganza, was none-the-less an interesting first outing. Media Guests included: James Kyson Lee (Heroes), Jewel Staite (Firefly, Stargate Atlantis), Michael Winslow (Police Academy, Spaceballs), Lou Ferrigno (The Hulk), Teryl Rothery (Stargate SG-1), and John Rhys-Davies (Indiana Jones, Lord of the Rings and many more…) and many others I didn't get to see… | ||
